Music to any landlords ears, with the current climate landlords across Yorkshire are having issues with tenants struggling to pay rent.
Here at Feature Properties, we pays the owner a guaranteed monthly rent without fail.
The landlord gives consent to our company to then rent the property to guests for health & wellness retreats.
We won't, but say we didn't pay, you can take the keys off us immediately as per our contract unlike with a long term tenants they have rights & processes you will need to go through to evict the tenant.
LONG TERM AGREEMENTS
We like to agree agreements from 3 to 5 years.
A normal tenancy agreement is usually 12 months, moving onto a 1 month rolling contract.
So even if your tenant is the best and pays on time, there is still a chance you may have to spend time & money re-listing the property, doing the checks to find a new tenant after 12 months.
Plus every owner gets a free health & wellness stay on us!
WE LOOK AFTER & UPDATE YOUR PROPERTY
Most properties we take on are unfurnished, therefore we spend our own money to furnish your property to a high standard to suit a health & wellness property.
This means we have an invested interest to look after it!
If the property looks good... we get guests and good reviews! You do the math ;)
We can install practices such as sound monitors and regular inspection checks as well as covering any maintenance costs up to £150 a month for the owner.
